Coffee to remember

When was the last time you had a coffee to remember? I had one of them last Saturday when I met my dear friend Andreea who writes this gorgeous blog on cosmetics in Lüneburg.
We went to a smallish café and had a coffee. I usually don't drink coffee without milk and sometimes I also add sugar, depending on the (poorness of) quality.
But this time it was all different. It took the barrista some time to handfilter the coffee but it finally arrived at our table and my - what should I say? It had a smell somewhere between cherry and cocoa. And it tasted incredibly well. Like coffee. Like cocoa. Like cherry. I drank it without any additives like milk or sugar. It was heavenly, a real treat! If you ever come to Lüneburg, please make sure to visit Pasmarose and indulge in a "coffee of the day".
